My focus is on leading the team in achieving our goal of improving Kent’s landscape and wildlife and engaging communities with the outdoors and nature. I develop our links with partners and lead on our strategic vision. I line manage the team and oversee our financial and administrative responsibilities.
Senior Partnerships officer

My focus is on wildlife conservation and enhancing biodiversity. We achieve this through land management advice, practical conservation work on the ground, and engagement with local schools and colleges. We are happy to visit and advise private landowners on managing their land for conservation.
Partnership Officer - Natural Flood Management

My focus is natural flood management and catchment work across Kent. I work with colleagues across all the Countryside Partnerships, the Kent Flood Risk Team and Kent Highways. I provide advice and support for flood risk issues which can be addressed through natural flood management. I also work to identifying where there is opportunity to bring together river restoration/catchment improvements with flood risk management through practical delivery.

My focus is on delivering the Save our Magnificent Meadows Project in Kent. Working with landowners and volunteers to improve knowledge and management of grassland sites as well as promoting the project through family events, training, talks and school visits.
Senior Partnership Officer - Past Plants, Future Flora

My focus is on delivering the Past Plants, Future Flora project across the Medway Catchment. I am working with landowners and volunteers to improve knowledge and control of invasive non-native plants and promote native biodiversity through habitat restoration as well as promoting the project through family events, training, talks and school visits.

My focus is on education and outdoor engagement. I lead on planning and delivering our school and public education and events programme and encourage outdoor learning. I also lead on health and wellbeing programmes for MVCP, utilizing the holistic value of nature for improved health benefits.
Partnership Officer - Volunteer coordinator

My focus is on delivering volunteer tasks and practical work. I manage the award winning Thursday Action Group (TAG) volunteers and perform a variety of practical tasks to support fellow colleagues and projects. I coordinate the ZSL citizen science eel monitoring programme at Allington lock and helped to establish the local Men's Shed at Cobtree.

I am currently with the MVCP team on a sandwich year from Bournemouth University. I am assisting with various projects, helping with social media and marketing, events, practical tasks days and surveying. My focus is on wildlife conservation.
