We offer opportunities for practical volunteering in the beautiful Kent Countryside. Every Thursday our dedicated team of volunteers undertake a huge variety of tasks, from hedge-laying to pond restoration, apple picking to school wildlife garden creation. Hopefuly there will be something for everyone from folklore and wildflower walks to bat walk, minibeast hunts and teddy bears picnics. There will be wildlife trails, arts and crafts, story tellers and much more to keep everyone happy during the summer holidays!

If you would like to get more involved with the project why not volunteer to become a meadows champion?
Full training and support will be given and you will be able to do your bit towards protecting the precious and declining meadow habitats in Kent.
We have several free training days coming up this summer including:
An introduction to butterflies
An introduction to meadow habitats and management
An introduction to bats and bird
Giving advice and where to find information about meadows

Landowner and Landmanager Workshops
If you own your own meadow, manage meadows or are involved with those who do please get in touch. There will be a series of demonstration events and training days available to landmangers to provide help and advice on meadow management.
